Your data.
Your report.
OneSide takes data ownership and privacy seriously. Here's exactly what we collect, how it's handled, and what we will never do with it.
Your report belongs to you
The Child Safety Gap Assessment report generated for your club is yours, entirely and exclusively. OneSide will never share, sell, or disclose your report to your sporting body, peak organisation, regulator, government authority, or any other third party.
Your report is a self-assessment tool. It exists to help your club understand where it stands, not to create a record that can be used against you.
No reporting obligations
OneSide has no obligation to report anything contained in your gap assessment responses to any regulatory body, sporting organisation, or authority. Your responses are used solely to generate your gap report.
The more honestly your club answers, the more useful your report will be. You can do so without concern that your responses will be disclosed, shared, or reported to anyone.
Data handling, the assessment tool
When you complete the Child Safety Gap Assessment, the tool collects information about your club's existing policies, practices, and operations including any documents you upload and your responses to the assessment questions.
Your information is not stored permanently. Assessment data is processed to generate your report and is not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver that report.
Documents you upload are not retained. Any policy documents or files you upload are used only to inform your report and are not stored beyond the assessment session.
Annual reminder only. We retain your club name and email address for the sole purpose of sending you a reminder when your annual reassessment is due. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
Contact information and newsletter
Contact information collected through enquiry forms and newsletter signups is used only to respond to your enquiry or deliver the newsletter you've subscribed to.
This information is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than the one you provided it for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Australian Privacy Act
OneSide Australia handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you believe your privacy has been breached or have a complaint about how your information has been handled, please contact us directly.
Questions or requests
If you have questions about how your data is handled, would like to request access to your information, or would like to request deletion of your data, please contact us. We will respond within 5 business days.
